Peyk waitlist — privacy notice
Who we are.
Handy Scandi Labs, Sweden, operates Peyk and this waitlist. To ask us anything about your data, please us.
What we collect.
When you join the waitlist: your email address, when and where you joined, and which version of this notice you saw. To limit repeat submissions we also keep, for a short period, a one-way hash of your network address — not the address itself. If you use the contact form: your email address and your message.
Why.
For the waitlist: to email you once when Peyk launches, and to send you occasional updates about how Peyk is developing — nothing else. For the contact form: to answer you.
Our basis for it.
For the waitlist, your consent, given when you joined. For the contact form, your request that we answer you.
Who else handles it.
We use hosting, database and email service providers to operate the waitlist and respond to messages. Waitlist records are stored in the EU. Some processing may take place outside the EU/EEA.
How long we keep it.
Your waitlist details: while the waitlist is in use for the purposes above. We delete your address when you ask us to, and when we discontinue the list or no longer need it for those purposes. The network-address hash is kept for a short period, only to limit repeat submissions. Contact messages: for as long as we need them to answer you and deal with any follow-up.
Withdrawing.
To leave the waitlist and request deletion of your email address, please us. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no charge.
Your rights.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our using it, and complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

It loads no analytics, advertising or session-recording scripts.
Changes.
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here.
